Unauthorised Insurance Debit Order

My wife and I called for a quotation on a new vehicle on the 10th of July 2019 and received a an exorbitant quote amount. The policy is ***. We told the consultant that we are still shopping around for more quotes and do not accept that quote (Refer to voice recordings). Unknown to us, Nedbank converts this quote into a policy and deducts money on the 1st of August 2019. We never authorised Nedbank to deduct R1877.21+30.19 =1907.40 in my wife's account. We want this money reversed immediately and the consultant who converted this quote into a policy disciplined. Any charges that would be levied against my wife by Branch should be overlooked as it is Nedbank's fault in this issue.
