unauthorised funds being deducted from personal account

<p>Professional banking is the worst at Nedbank, please don't waste your money on fees. Recently i was offered to upgrade to professional banking division of NEDBANK oh dear it was such a mistake to opt for the option, The way they say that you have a designated banker on your case all the time and you need not to go to any bank or make any phone calls to different departments for assistance as you have a banker available all the time !! Well not with this division half the time the banker is not available and the email comes through with i am not available and contact manager which rarely responds! The banker&nbsp;and the manager probably the worst team ! finally after 3-4 months i decided to close my account so i sent an email to the bankers to please close my account and they didn't close it for a whole month only until my account went in negative balance then they decided to debit money from my personal cheque account and closed, they funds were deducted from my account without my authorisation ! To me NEDBANK is the best bank, it never lets you down like the service is fantastic but that is personal gold cheque account .</p>
