Unauthorised deductions from account and nobody know what for

Nedbank unauthorised deduction from my account R17t. Unnotified. Call centre could not understand what the deduction was for nor the branch, who gave a different reason. Senior citizen.ridiculous that i must follow up and drive around to understand what money was taken out of my account for.
