UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION OFF MY BANK

I took out a funeral policy from Nedbank, but changed over to OUTsurance as they have a better plan. I e mailed the cancelation on the 17/10/2025, it was confirmed that the policy would be cancelled. This morning I checked and noticed they took the premiums off for 2 months. After being on the phone for more than and hour explaining it to various people the same story I to nowhere. I need my money back, as I can not reverse it on my phone. This has been the worst service I ever received!!
