Unauthorised deduction from account

An amount of R204 was deducted from my account without any notice with this reference GREENBACKS LIN*** are Nedbank busy steeling money from people I want to close my account but first want my refund as a single parent I work on a budget and was not even informed about this. Hereby I would like to give them 3 working days to refund this money. I will also no longer do any further business as they are unprofessional and no client relationship I also saw other complaints and dont see any results.
