Unauthorised Deduction

On the 23rd Dec Nedbank deducted R12179.60 from my account without my consent. I contacted the call center on the 26th I was told it is for home loan, I told the consultant that I don’t have home loan with Nedbank then she advised I need to call during working hours as it was a public holiday. On the 28th I called and I was transferred to legal and spoke to Nothando who advise that the deduction it is for the loan I had with them and did not pay for it since 2012. Nedbank financed my car in 2020 and also offered me a Credit card of R15000 which I didn’t take. Why they did not communicate about the loan? As per Nothando an agent from their collection department they last tried to contact me in Feb 2022. If they indeed call in February why, they did not send text messages or emails? They did not send any loan statement for me to see how much I owe them but they just deduct my whole salary and left me with bank charges. I have 2 kids with no food and no money to pay my Rent. No school uniform and stationery because they took the whole money i had. I am not denying the loan but they were supposed to communicate with me not just take the money because now i am banking with them.
