unauthorised deduction and rude call centre agents

I have a set deduction date with you and you decide to deduct on the day that suits you which is 2 days before I get paid. Your call centre agents are very rude and unproffesional, they do not know what a customer is. I should have believed people when they said you are a **** with rude *********** people. This is the same reason i stopped banking with this bank but I never learn
