Unauthorised debits on my account, the bank unable to deal with the matter, and I cannot get hold of the rogue company debiting me.

<p>So after receiving a mail from Nedbank stating that they cannot help me regarding the unauthorised debit on my account of R99.00 from SKYLAKE , I tried to contact the company and get more details.The first number I dialled was ********** 750 , the lady was unable to help and gave me the following number ********** 476. After trying numerous times without any answer I tried calling the first number again, the lady then gave me the following number to try ********** 245, this number also just rang with no answer. What do I do now? going online and entering the number into Google, the search brought back many bad articles and hello peter complaints regarding this, it goes back as far as 2014. So it looks like this matter has never been resolved by the banks but rather swept under the carpet. You would think that a problem like this persisting for so many years would be resolved. What about all the people that do not notice this debit, this SKYLAKE company must be making huge amounts of money and I can only suspect the banks are in on it, why would they still work with this company and allow the debits to go through?</p> <p>We work really hard for our dough and need to trust that our bank accounts are secure, obviously they are not. Please let me know wht you are doing to resolve this NEDBANK?</p>
