Unauthorised Debits off my Personal account Paid to Nedbank Accounts.

I have just discovered that Nedbank now Debits Additional Monies out of my personal account to pay my Nedbank PL without my permission - This is ********** activity.

I have made Contact with Nedbank last Thursday and since have not received any feedback from the bank.

I call the bank for a second time today after my account has been debited for a third time this month and just get told that a complaint has been logged and that a "manager" will contact me.

1. I want to know who authorised this transaction off my account without my permission. 2. I want to know what Nedbank is going to do to that individual for this misconduct. 3. If Nedbank doesn't contact me within the next 12 hours and gives me favourable answers I will contact the South African Banking Ombudsman and log a complain, and in addition I will close off all my facilities that I currently have with Nedbank and move to another bank that can give me better service.
