Unauthorised debits 😡😡😡

I had a vehicle which I surrendered due to financial difficulties and I was advices by them to cancel debit orders until the vehicle is sold on auction and if there’s a shortfall,they will call me so we can make payment arrangements,however they keep debiting my account and I can get any clarity from them😡😡😡,MFC is the worst I’ve ever experienced
