Unauthorised debits

I opened my account with Nedbank in 1970. I reported unauthorised debits to my current account to my personal banker at the beginning of February 2020 and thereafter. I am now told that it will take 45 days to recover the money. I also worked in the banking industry and know all the electronic systems used by the banks. It is impossible that you need 45 days. Nedbank. Wake up your ***** department please.
