UNAUTHORISED DEBITS

Thank you for nothing. There is a company AZN Comm that debited my account of R89.99 on the 25th of March 2021, I have contacted Nedbank countless times to ask for a reversal and company details. Nothing has been done and I am told that I authorized someone to debit my account when I know for a FACT that I did not. The only message I received was after the debit, which I subsequently declined and requested a reversal. What is the point of being with a bank which is supposed to safe keep money yet they fail. WHY DO WE HAVE TO COMPLAIN ON A MONTHLY BASIS. honestly it is frustrating and tiring.
