Unauthorised Debit Transactions

Extremely disappointed with Nedbank. After being retrenched, I made a payment arrangement with Nedbank to pay an affordable monthly amount towards my loan. Despite this arrangement, unexpected debit deductions were made from my account without prior communication or my authorisation. I have requested a refund and proof of the authority used for these deductions. I am extremely unhappy with how this matter has been handled and expect Nedbank to resolve it urgently. Only a % was refunded back.
