Unauthorised debit orders not refunded with no communication from Nedbank

I saw various unathorised debit orders of R4522 being deducted from my Transactor account. The app only allowed me to reverse the two newest ones. I calles the Nedbank call centre on Monday to report this and to requeat that they reverse the unauthorised debit orders of the same amount that went off on 1 July and again on 2 August. The very kind consultant that assisted me telephonically said that she has escalates this to the admin dept of Nedbank who would rectify this matter. I am still waiting for my refund and no response from Nedbank.
