Unauthorised Debit Orders from Nedbank

Filed a case ***5 for unauthorised debit orders from my account and instructed Nedbank to refund me the full amounts of ALL debit orders erroneously deducted from my account.

They managed to refund me SOME of the debit orders but failed to cancel the debit order thus resulting in money taken from my account on 30 November 2019.

Had to open a new case on 09 December 2019 (***3) to get them to cancel the debit order, refund me for the 30 November debit order and get a written confirmation that the debit order will be closed so that no money is taken from my account in December.
