UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

My name is Xoli Dhlamini, ID *** I'm having a huge problem with Nedbank, I am paying well and never skipped my payments since I had my arrangements in place with you guys, now tell me why am debited so many times like this, last month you deducted 4 times and I thought it was a mistake and went ahead and reversed the other deductions which weren't supposed to go off and left the others that are authorised, today I woke up with 8 deductions, 8!!! does that even make sense to you??? is that even fair for Nedbank to treat people that way?? no one even called me or anything regarding this.

Please reverse the other debits you took and keep those that you are supposed to deduct, I'm so frustrated right now!!!
