Unauthorised Debit Orders and Lack of assistance

After numerous calls to Nedbank regarding an unauthorised debit order that keeps running on my staff members account we have still had no success. A debit order of R175 keeps running on her account with a reference SS-LEGCOV. We have tried numerous times to cancel this and Nedbank have advised that they are not able to and that she entered into this on line. She has no on line access and definitely has not. Nedbanks reluctance to assist with this has been a very poor reflection of a bank I have banked with for many years! She is not in apposition to just "loose" this money and Nedbanks lack of assistance is even more concerning! Totally unhappy with the bad service and lack of feedback!!
