unauthorised debit orders

<p>I had a loan with nedbank then last year I was dismissed from my employment and I was unable to pay the loan but I did notify nedbank. I made an arragment as soon as I get an income I will start paying off 500 per month, all calls I recorded they can check. This year on the 28 November I received 35911.50 from uif in my nedbank personal account, to my shock nedbank debited 21444.62 from my account without agreement, on the statement they wrote investment made, pure lies I didn't even make investment with them, I went to the branch to reverse that amount they said it's impossible. Yesterday again on the 1st they debited another 1659.88 for the loan again without my knowledge. I'm still in total schock. </p>
