Unauthorised Debit Order from Nedcard

I’m extremely disappointed with Nedbank for allowing an unauthorised debit order from my account with the reference "Nedcard". I have no knowledge of this company or agreement, and I never approved this deduction.

Nedbank must urgently reverse this amount and explain how such a transaction was allowed without my consent. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately!
