Unauthorised debit order

Dear Nedbank.

I am writing this to complain about today’s debit order that went through my account without my authorisation. My account is up to date, I have never missed any payment.

I did not give consent to the generator SMS I received for advanced payment.

My debit date remains the same as last day of the month or whichever my payday is BUT NOT 15th

Kindly refund my account with no cost of penalty on me of the amount debited from my account this morning.

I have proof of that SMS and I rep**** OPT OUT

I want my money back kesana. If I do not receive my money, I will move to another bank.

I do not even have kind regards because this is not kind.
