unauthorised debit order

Why is it that there is still nothing being done about unauthorised debit orders on accounts.

Please may you investigate this. 0n the 25th of April an unauthorised debit went off my account again, referenced : KTRACKK1 9490KIO32 ********** 25

What is this for? who is this Company?
