Unauthorised debit and useless service from the Call Centre.

I have a personal loan with Nedbank, the agreed debit date is last day of the month.No today the decided to debit my account and the money i need to use, they are telling me to wait for 4 working days. This is stupid and unfair and abusive towards us client. and they have the nerve to tell me to wait as they cant do anything
