Unauthorised Debit

Why do you still debit my bank account when the garnishee order is deducted from my salary.<br> This is now the second month this is happening.Then you get transferred from this number to that number.I am really frustrated by this annoying service then all you can say is \sorry"I see the same lady did this on your account......sort out this lady....cause I have been told that I now have to wait 7 days for the refund into my account.....well I have bills to pay....so I wonder if Nedbank will deduct the fee if there is a debit order that does not go through?"""
