UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

I went under debt review in February 2021 and Nedbank was notified. I received an sms acknowledging the I have taken and that they are aware. My debt counsellor communicated with them and everything was arranged. March, April and June you still attempted to debit my account. Because there was not no funds now I am sitting with extra charged from my bank due to unpaid debit. This was really horrible of you. It is totally unacceptable to add an extra expense to my cost after communication was sent to you.
