Unauthorised debit

<p>I have an agreement with Nedbank to deduct a fixed amount of my account every month. Every few months they take off whatever amount they feel like from a different account. This month because of that my account is in overdraft (and they will reverse my life insurance debit order, and charge me for the unpaid debit order). I spoke to the legal department Nevern Khathi, and all they say, its not there problem. They will reverse the mistake, but the rest is my problem!!!!!!!! I am so sick and tired of this.... even if my money goes in the same time as my debit orders..... and the money shows in my account minutes or hours later.... my debit orders gets reversed!!!!!! How can a bank have the right to do just whatever they want?</p>
