Unauthorised Debit

Good day

I have a payment arrangement with Smith Attorneys collecting on a Nedbank Personal loan since 2014. A monthly payment of R250 has been transferred every month even with being on 4 months of Maternity Leave with no income as I work on commission only. However I've received an authorised debit on the 30th December of R1089.03 with a reference, "Nedbank paid R1089.03 from your transactional account to your personal loan account"

This is absolutely unacceptable, as I just confirmed a payment arrangement the first week of December 2016 with Smith Attorneys due to me being paid late in December so I caught up the R250 for November on the 15th December and another R250 on the 23 December.

Please rectify and return these funds, I have a 7month old baby to take care of, this is not what I'm used to with Nedbank
