Unauthorised debit

Nedbank legal department was too quick to take money from my transactional account without my permission nor without any notice to me. And now when they have to refund back my money they are taking me from pillar to post. I have a loan contract that was referred to attorneys because of missed payments. Nedbank advised me to make an arrangement with the attorneys then Nedbank was to refund back my money. I have an arrangement in place now but for Nedbank to refund back my money now it’s an issue. Every consultant I speak to has a different version of feedback they provide to me. Now I don’t even know what is happening. It’s a month now, the money was debited in November which I was sent by someone for my kids Christmas clothes. Now it’s 2 days before Christmas my kids have no clothes for Christmas because Nedbank decided to take my money without my permission now it’s an issue for them to pay it back. I am fuming right now because their kids will be enjoying Christmas while my kids won’t because they took my money. I want this matter sorted out asap. And I will be closing my account with Nedbank, I want nothing to do with this bank anymore.
