Unauthorised DebGit

This is the second month that an unauthorised debit has come off of my account. I was made aware of the fact that this was from the legal department and I DO NOT negate the fact that I owe the bank some funds however I sent a query through on the 10 June 2015 via their online source to work out a correct payment based on my current earning. To this date no one has gotten back to me BUT nedbank has debited over half of my salary without any contact or anything of the sorts. How am I now supposed to pay for my other debts, rent, eat travel to my new job!!! Please dont ***** me over like this!!!!!!
