Unauthorised change of debit order date

I am so gutted with Nedbank, 3rd May 2021 I called Nedbank legal to change my credit card payment date from the 30th/31st of every month to the 25th and it was apparently done, only to be changed back by a Nedbank employee without communicating with me, confirmed this information this morning as I noticed the debit order did not / has not collected.

So, Ned bank employees have the right to do as they please with my account without my consent? I never signed up for this kind of *****.

Its disgusting to say the least. If you don't the money you will call as if am a ******** but yet you do as you please with my debit order date...
