Unauthorised Card Delivery fee

I requested that Nedbank to do a refund of my Money but it seem like they aren't yet ready and their consultant before requesting it, she said I won't be charged and now I am asking for bank to reverse my money because it is not Authorised....Please contact me ASAP and refund me please
