UNAUTHORISED APO PAYMENTS DEBIT

I hope you are well.

I am writing to urgently request assistance regarding an unauthorised debit from my main account. I did not authorize this transaction, nor am I aware of any reason for this amount to be deducted.

This matter is causing a significant negative impact on me, and I urgently require clarity and reversal of this transaction. If this issue is not resolved as a matter of extreme urgency, I will unfortunately have to consider cancelling my services with Nedbank. and report it NCR and the Ombudsman.

Please investigate and revert as soon as possible.
