Unapproved Debit date changes.

Debit for a loan goes off on the 25th when I app**** for a payment holiday since my income has been affected because of the lack of gatherings. My loan usually goes off on the 7th now all of a sudden it went off today no explanation. I chatted to an agent in the app and he said there is a payment holiday it shows it. Now because of this debit I am going to be charged more on other accounts that needed to be paid.
