Unapologetically pathetic services from Nedbank Insurance division

I claimed for Nedbank Home loan insurance during lock down level 5 and the plumbers came to fix the burst pipe and inform me that the patch work will be done as lockdown ease up.

I have called Nedbank insurance more than 4 times now and every time I get a different story

The kitchen cupboards have been damaged and to date no one has said a thing. Now my question to Nedbank is Do i have to beg for the services that I pay for every month and on top of that uses my very limited resources to contact you and still not get assistance.
