Unanswered Issues, But Complaint Marked as Closed

I raised a formal complaint with Nedbank months ago outlining several clear issues.

The matter was closed without most of those issues being addressed. Instead of a structured resolution, I received fragmented replies and was referred to a call centre.

How many of the concerns I raised were actually answered? That’s the real issue here. Closure without accountability.
