Unacceptable service from Nedbank/Nedlife

Nedlife and Nedbank Homeloans continue to shuttle me from one department to the next, each blaming the other. After confirmation that my cover includes retrenchment, now that I want to claim, Nedbank turns around saying that they made a mistake and I am not covered. This is after being a loyal client for years.
