Unacceptable service from Nedbank

The worst service ever. I app**** for a RCL and was approved however it did not appear on my app. I went to the branch twice to get assistance and still no help. It has been 2 weeks and Nedbank has not resolved my issue. Instead, I get pushed from pillar to post.
