Unacceptable service & disrespect

The service i got regarding my claim for geyser is absolutely unacceptable,16hours later my geyser is still not isolated & pose risk to my family,their turn around time on a geyser is gone,their appointed service provider tells me that petrol is expensive regarding isolation of my geyser.
