Unacceptable miscommunication

Poor communication and evidence of total incompetence lead to summons issued unfairly against us regardless of arrangements that were made in time. Exchange of emails btwn stegmanns attorneys and Nedbank legal recoveries started arnd oct and On 22 October email was sent to Nedbank legal recoveries with a charge of R114 as legal fees and a question asking if arrangements will be made. On 12 Nov. we found out abt assisted sales which we never agreed to, but we confirmed an arrangements made with Rojah and confirmed an amnt of R13500 to b spread over 6 months. After this arrangement summons were delivered at our house. Following up we were told legal action don't stop until 1st payment goes thru.<br> After 1st insttalment we were contacted by Nedbank with outstanding amnt of R19873-64 excluding legal fees. Another email on the 12th indicated Legal fees of R3249, since R114 in oct <br> Email on the 23rd demanded R4510 by the 30th, and arrangements has already been accepted to debit acc. On the 29th<br> On the 2nd of Dec frm Refilwe Tshehla \To clear the remaining arrears of R19 873-64 plus the legal fees of R3 249-00
