Unacceptable levels of bad service at Nedbank Insure

Nedbank Insure denies claims unjustly and fails to assist with a water leak into corridor that is carpeted. You try to call them, they promise the applicable person or manager will call you back but it never happens! I’m so disappointed of their unacceptable levels of bad service.
