Unacceptable Lack of Assistance

I have lost my full income and despite repeated attempts, I have received no assistance. I spent two hours at the branch where the manager genuinely tried to assist me. However, she had to phone various departments, one after the other, without any resolution. After all the time and effort, I left without help. It is unacceptable that such a serious matter, directly impacting my livelihood, cannot be resolved efficiently.
