Unacceptable Customer service from Nedbank

I am very disappointed in the service provided by Nedbank, they just decided to suspend my card without letting me know, i still have money in the card and can't even use it.

I tried to call in to find out what's going on, but yhey couldn't tell me what the problem is an said someone would get back to me.

I tried emailing and had no response, Nedbank i do not have the time to go stand in the que at a branch to sort this out, i have a new born baby ay home and i need this mess sorted ASAP.
