Unacceptable conduct

I keep getting these calls from the Nedbank finance department that say my account is in arrears and when I respond that I don't have a loan with them, I am threatened and told to stop lying. I have been spoken to in a disrespectful manner.

I have had enough and this is unacceptable conduct.
