Unacceptable

I requested that my account be closed, and they said I must pay the outstanding amount which I did called in and requested for the closure of the account. The consultant said they don't want to lose me but retain me and now I am seeing debit orders and no closure. I spoke to Ms. Pieterse and she confirmed there is nothing they can do but wait and then pay the bank charges before calling in again to close the account. This is unprofessionalism on a high level.
