Unable to withdraw

I tried to withdraw funds from my account earlier today but was unable to do so and there was clearly sufficient funds in my account. Using the correct pin I tried up to 4 times and I couldn't get any money. This wasn't the first time this happened, why is your bank refusing us access to our own money when we need it??!!
