Unable to Supply 2021 Tax Certificates

I visited a branch twice in September & October 2021 requesting for a 2021 tax certificate. Since 12 October 2021 I have called them three times. The first two times I was told that they email it to me within five minutes. The third time I was told that there is a problem with their systems which has not yet produced the certificates. That was on 22 October 2021. She will email me confirming same for my records as I need proof to show SARS why I am unable to complete my tax returns. To date no email received. I also posted on their website contact. I have two reference nos. ***2 & ***. Not acceptable service.
