Unable to submit notice on 32 day account

I tried to put in notice on my 32 day account and was unable to for 5 days. I kept trying but did not win, I eventually called the bank and someone tried to assist but didn't win. He then said he logged a call with the back office and will call me back within 4 hours. even now i haven't received the call and I did advise that I need that money for Easter weekend. They don't care about their clients. its my money and I need to have access to it when i want.
