Unable to Settle personal loan due to nedbank double debiting and changing the settlement amount and the 7 days isn't over.

Poor service from Nedbank once again. It's day 5 of trying to settle my Nedbank personal loan account, however nedbank refuses to assist. The staff just transfers me left to right without any resolution. I've been on calls for hours to the call centre just to get to the automated machine that the departments are now closed for the day. Please guys and ladies. Don't take out additional services with nedbank besides an account because they will ***** your money. My brother inlaw is being double debited and Nedbank doesn't assist.
