Unable to release my 32days notice for a very high risk patient
I made an early withdrawal on 32 days notice for my medication. I am a high risk person. The money was supposed to b in my account on Wednesday. I went to the pharmacy to get my meds my card declined. When I call Nedbank I spoke to Innocent and he said Northgate branch didn’t submit my request I must stay online he will help me. Thereafter we got cut. For waiting dor long. I then spoke to Mhlonepheni. He also said wait let me check after disappear. I went on because I can’t stay more than two days without my meds I spoke to Kemiel. He was nice tried to assist me assured me that tomorrow which is today will b able to get my money
I wish I could attach all the conversations with all their agent. Now when I wake up checking my account nothing deposited in my account. I’m unable to breath but before something happen to me because of incompetence of Nedbank I will post this to every social media. My death will b on their hands. Thus my money that I am requesting.
A person can die. And this is not the 1st time they do this to people. Because I am black. Maybe is time I move to Capitec if I survive this day. They are unprofessional play with people lives. They even made a copy of my prescription but still take me from pillar to pillar
I will post their chat and how I begged them that I am not fine and spoke to four different people so disappointed. I don’t think if I was a white patient will they have treated me like this.
