Unable to Open a Bank Account

I visited Nedbank in late May 2017, handed in documents requested and signed all forms. There seemed to be an issue with FICA and the consultant was to communicate with the FICA office and let me know what are the next steps. It has been more than 3 months, and there is confusion at the bank as to what needs to be done, and when explained to the bank manager, I get no response. It seems that if one cannot resolve a problem, one chooses to ignore it. Unprofessionalism at its best!
