Unable to obtain the personal loan

I app**** for a personal loan online last week and was approved. Sothey requested me to submit documents at the branch which I did on Monday 05/02/2018. I never received any feedback from them when I called they told me my application is in assesment department. The consultalt from the branch called today 07/02/2018 saying that they the alternative number yo confirm employment and then i gave them to him i actualy gave him 3 numbers. been 3 days waiting for them to give a feedback but it seems like they are going back and forth and the worst part is I bank with nedbank, my salary goes in to my nedbank account and all my debit orders. I am honestly not happy with their services
